By 2022, Rotsus had taken a significant step forward by expanding its business scope with a major investment in its Tube Processing Line. This addition further enhanced our machining capabilities, allowing us to manufacture more complex and high-performance components. Alongside this expansion, we strengthened our expertise in fixture manufacturing, ensuring that we provide reliable, high-precision solutions tailored to our customers' needs.

In 2024, Rotsus took a leap forward by relocating to a state-of-the-art production facility spanning 3,000m². This new facility is designed to accommodate cutting-edge manufacturing technologies, improve workflow efficiency, and increase production capacity.

Production - Precision in Every Detail

At Rotsus, we take pride in our advanced production capabilities, ensuring that each component we manufacture meets the highest industry standards. Turning

We are capable of machining from Ø8mm up to Ø64mm with a Barfeeder (Up to Ø300mm without Barfeeder).
Our CNC turning machines are equipped with C-Y axis functionality, allowing for complex geometries and enhanced efficiency.
In Q2 of 2025, we plan to invest in robotic loading and unloading systems for CNC turning units, enhancing automation and productivity.

Tube Processing

Cutting Capabilities: From Ø15mm up to Ø80mm, ensuring high-precision cuts for various applications.
Tube End Finishing: From 25mm to 300mm lengths, delivering perfectly processed tube ends for assembly and integration.
